Empowered to Connect (ETC) is an attachment rich community focused program that exists to support, resource, and educate caregivers.ETC’s resources and trainings are especially helpful for caregivers of children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), toxic stress, and maltreatment.   https://empoweredtoconnect.org/ 

Show Hope is a movement to care for orphans. They work to restore hope by breaking down barriers that exist between waiting children and loving families.  The Sparrow Fund cares for caregivers, supporting families in foster care and adoption as well as those who care for vulnerable children. They give grants for families to receive individualized support as they build their families via adoption. They provide specialized counseling services. They offer training and connecting opportunities that encourage, equip, and empower caregivers. AdoptUSKids is a national project that supports child welfare systems and connects children in foster care with families. Safe Families for Children (SFFC) hosts vulnerable children and creates extended family-like support for families facing a crisis through a community of compassionate volunteers to keep children safe and families together. Since 2003, Safe Families for Children has arranged close to 50,000 hostings in Host Family homes across the United States. The number of hostings are even higher when combined with existing efforts in the United Kingdom and Canada. https://safe-families.org/
